99 ranger xlt 4.0 ohv rebuild help?
I have a 1999 ford ranger supercab xlt with the flare side bed and the 4.0 ohv pushrod engine. I broke an oil ring and decidex to just rebuild the motor and am looking for some tips and simple tweaks I can do while I have the motor out and apart to get some more power?
