Hydrogen/Oxygen Generator.

Top Speed on a 2000 Ford XLT V6 3.0 FF
Hello, I managed to get 94MPH on my Ranger until I feel some sort of limiter kick in. It takes quite some time to reach 94MPH but when it does, it feels as something holds the truck back.
