Going to build a simple leaf spring radius arm buggy with a 44 and 8.8. Copying a lot off my ranger but with a np435 205 and 5.0 with propane. Got started tacking some pieces together.

Figured I would post some pics of what I've been doing . Traded for matching 44 and 9" . 9" will be installed down the road . Got the front stripped down . Had to rent a tool from Autozone to get the spindles off . Housing clean and painted . 78/79 radius arm brackets came in the mail...

Snow wheelin was a blast . We did a lot better an went more places than I thought we would be able to . We ran trails 13 2 15 and 16 . The only pic I got of my truck. Looks like they are going to be building a guard shack and restrooms . And some new gravel .

Anybody know where to get a spacer for the rear driveshaft around 1" thick ? I moved the rear axle back about 2 inches and want to make sure the driveshaft doesn't come apart .

Should the axle pivot bolts be the same distance from the ground ? I bought my lift used and have the bolts in the top holes of the brackets but the passenger bracket bolt is 1" higher than the drivers side. The passenger is 1" higher than hub center line and drivers side is even with hub center...

Was able to get some fab work done yesterday . Here are some picks of the first day . The before . Rusty frame . After wire brushing . Primer camo . Poser shot . B-hoop . Tacked the first piece of tube on later moved it but you get the idea .

Did some work this weekend. Plated end of frame with 1/4" Cut the Harbor Freight winch plate to fit.

Got a set of 32x11.50x15 Kumho used from a friend today. Now with 4" lift and 33's Now on 35's Now 1/21/12 on 37's This when I picked them up in Louisville Kentucky and put the 35's in the back.
