1996 Ford Explorer XLT-work in progress
1996 Ford Explorer XLT 4.0 OHV, Auto, 4x4 Just bought on February 23, 2012. It was stuck in 4-low, so we swapped and installed a manual transfer case. It was starting and ran in first gear, but we reused original hardware on the filter by accident. So we dropped the transmission pan again...- K_Lynn

The beginning of my Explorer XLT
My boyfriend and his friends go off-roadin' for fun in Southern Indiana and Kentucky. I tag along with my boyfriend (disciplerocks) and his Bronco II, but now I have an Explorer of my own. For now it will be a work vehicle, but who knows what the future holds. Bought my 1996 Explorer XLT 4.0...- K_Lynn
