My 2.9 is very under powered when i hit hills or sometimes it takes me putting it to the floor just to keep it at 60 mph. Would a plugged up cat make it that under powered? Ive done a recent tune up(plugs, wires, cap, rotor) so idk what it could be . :icon_confused:
