99 ranger front bumper question
hey out there...anybody know a good manual to buy that will show you how to remove old front bumper and install new one..?..or a link to some guide..?..can one guy do it alone..?..without a lift..?..thanks for any help...- ashtray

3.0 v6..what kind of oil
do ya'll use the same type oil year round in a ranger 3.0 v6..?..it doesnt get really bad cold where i live...it gets hot...i just bought a nice 99 model supercab...love it...thanks- ashtray
