I just got my manual locking hubs freed up because they were stuck. now that i’ve freed them, they are turning 360. In the video i’m linking below this, i was wondering if the hubs are locked when the middle piece is able to move feeling or when it’s solid.

thanks for the help

The nut that you had the screwdriver on should sit tightly and flush against the hub. You will need to disassemble it and see what is not correct in the hub. Been a while since I had one of those hubs a part but a spring holds it flush and tight.

That same nut is solid when hub is engaged and disengaged.
