Here's our 1999 Explorer Eddie Bauer. It's has the 4.0L SOHC engine and about 82K miles on it. I've replaced the chrome Eddie Bauer grille with a body color grille from a Limited Explorer. I then added a stainless steel tube upper grille and a aluminum bar lower grille insert. I added a Explorer hood ornament from a 70s F150, installed a set of molded mud flaps, added Explorer Eddie Bauer emblems to the doors. I painted the rear panel over the licence plate the gold color and added a Eddie Bauer goose logo installed installed tail light louvers. I replaced the stock wheel center caps with the caps that came on my 1997 Ranger and added Ford blue wheel center emblems to them. I side the Explorer I installed the same Pioneer stereo that I put in my Ranger. It sounds even better in the Explorer because I have it hook up to the factory amp and a new better sub woofer. I also installed the module to keep the factory steering wheel controls working with the new stereo. I upgraded the radio bezel to a wood grain finish bezel from a Limited model. I have also added some Eddie Bauer emblems to the dash and door panels. I found a pair of NOS Explorer rubber floormats for it too.
