Ok can anyone guess what the truck is under tarp number 1?

Well if you guessed a 1965 f350 then you were right.

Ok well she's got a 352 and a np435.
The bed is an 11' flatbed
Plans are to use it to haul firewood. outta do a little better than the ranger
okay here some more

In case 10 leaves weren't enough theres a factory 5 leaf overload.

Wish they still used this horn button

I've talked to some people and they say the same thing. Kinda wish it was a 390 though!

I'm hoping the ladies will do the same thing once she's on the road!

:hottubfun: If you put one of them in the bed!

I have a '66 F-250 and a '66 F-100. Both have FE's, a 352 and a 360. Love these trucks!
I had a '65 F-100 many moons ago that had a '65 fuelie 327 w/turbo 400. That truck would scream!

Update

Ok so finally got a little bit done so figured time for some pictures

Finally got the hood ornament/badge and the aluminum headlight bezels put on. The original ones for this truck were steel and painted white to match grille.

I think it makes the truck look much more complete but a windshield would probably help some too.

The brakes are being addressed as they currently don't work. I have just finished replacing the rear soft line and hard line and have three more pieces up front to do. Dad and I are also replacing the wheel cylinders. But haven't quite got that done yet.
Heres the front drum pulled off.

And the spindle and brake comonents

List of things that have been completed.
Rebuilt carb
New upper&lower radiator hoses
New thermostat
New heater hoses
New brake booster hose
The bezels and hood orament
Dual thrush turbo's (sound pretty damn good but not to loud)
Plus the little bit of brake line work.

Still needs:
Rear lights
Windshield
Tires

It's nice finally tearing into it some though, can't wait to ge her on the road.

Yea yea I know it was closer than going to the garage for a pair of stands. Still no excuse though.

I got the front back together and started the back then the brake adjusting screw spring broke and I order one but it wasen't correct, it was for 13" drums mine has 12". I finally got the right spring and am trying to get it back together today. Will post update hopefully.
My brother had this truck for like 10 years and never did much with it then I got the oppotunity to buy it and jumped at it. Glad I did.:icon_thumby:

Ok so I said I'd post updates well I took a step foward and two back it seems. I got the drums and bearings back in fine (nothing a hammer and a chisel couldn't do). Started bleeding brakes and had a few leaks, tightened them up fine but 1 flare was leaking and of course I ended up rounded off the end of the nut so I take a trip to autozone on the way the front end of the ranger starts making noise get home and the front wheel bearing is out. I work around 16 hours on sundays now so they'll both have to wait till the first of the week.
