Hi,
1st post. New to the forums here.
I have a 2002 Ford Ranger with live axle front end and ABS. I want to convert to pulse vacuum hubs found on 98-00 Ranger.
Can anyone make a recommendation on exactly where to source quality new parts for this conversion? What brand and what vendor? I see these parts out there online but not sure how to avoid the cheap crap and also get exactly what I need.
Evidently what I think I need is:
1. 98-00 bearing assembies. (Has the vaccum line connection?)
2. 98-00 CV axles
3. CV snap rings (Ford?)
Now my only other question is about the ABS. The current spindle assembly has a connection for ABS sensor. I assume the new parts won't affect the existing ABS?
Thank you for your time and any recommendations or advise would be appreciated.
