Ok need some input on heim steering. I have been pricing heims, weld in bungs, and spacers. The thing that I am looking for is the tab you weld on where the driver beam meets the passenger beam. Like this:

Also would I need misalignment spacers for all 4 heims, or just on the knuckles?
Id like to know whos truck that is

Figured out what I am going to run for a master cylinder. After fighting the Explorer master all day, I made another trip to the u pull and picked up a 97 F250 master. It had a Sterling 10.2 with rear discs so this should do the trick. It bolts right up and the fittings are the same, only they are on the opposite side. I will be buying a new one. I just got this one to bolt it up to be sure, and so I will have the reservoir and a core.

Got the new master. Cost $39+10 core at Advance part #10-4007. Got her bench bled and installed. The new one came with a new o ring for the proportioning valve (which had to be swapped over). Other than finessing the lines to the opposite side, it went on just like the old one came off. The level sensor plug is the same too.

You can see the proportioning valve on the left one. Glad I had a used one. Didn't think about needing it.

Well I had an ignition problem with the Focus today. And I had about an hour between work and my brother's grad party so I busted ass bleeding the brakes and getting cleaned up so I could drive it and park the Focus. I must say I am very impressed.

Been thinking about my steering I will be making. What do you all think about having a bend in the passenger beam to keep the linkage parallel to the ground?

Like this: (the red one)

I just beat it back out and reinstalled it. And I got off road lights. Don't need to clean the headlights. Thinking about upgrading to 9007 bulbs though.
