Just picked up a '92 3.0 V6 Ranger for $800, already proving it self more reliable than the repoed 2005 Cobalt it replaced- it starts everytime even in the chilly temps we've had lately. It's my first non-Chevy, my second pickup (I don't have a clue what possesed me to buy a Coup Cobalt)
I don't have pictures, but it's got the ussual rusted out wheel wells, the bottom of the drivers door is rusted out and someone sideswiped something damaging the passenger rear quarter panel- but she runs like a dream, espically now that I've replaced the air filter and what appeared to by the Original fuel filter (thing weighed a lb more then the new- after draining all the gas out)
I love projects and and managed to snag a truck full of them- Plans include repairing the rusted out wheel wells, poor man lifting it an inch or two- spacers, torsion cranking and add-a-leaf- or some other method- my brothers an alignment tech so I'll convince him he should fix the alightment after I lift it. Finding 15 inch rims and decent tires to replace the 14" with crap tires on their now, patch and paint once it warms up again or I find a heated garage to work in and adding lights.
