This is definitely a great thread. It's given me tons of ideas for what to do when I finally get my hands on a Ranger to molest!

I just added another 100 pics or so

Other design criteria are;

seat anchored to cage
solid cab mounts
This is a work in progress, :icon_welder: any helpful suggestions appreciated.
Thanks,

im trying to figure out a plan for a rool bar in my rnager. its a single cab 91 ranger. i DONT want anything around the outside of the truck. wanna do the 2 support bars comng formt he bed to the cage int he truck. want a bar around the back of the cab and another one next to the a-pillars int he front of the cab.

problem is there isnt much room int he cab odf this thing at all. how r u guys keeping ur heads from hitting the bars? im 6'1" and hav to hav the seat all the way bak to the bak of the cab for me to be comfy in it which puts my head int he back left corner of the cab. also how r u making the transition from the outside to the inside?

im not rock crawling wiht this but it is gonna hav som BBF power with some N2O help, so its lible to get a lil crazy whn i put in int he mud with 50" tires. im shooting for the truck to weigh under 6K lbs with me in it fueled and ready to go. hopeing for around 5800. so if it does end up going rubber up i doubt the body can take that kinda weight, and i know my head cant. lol

Cool thread, lot's of good pics and ideas in there.
