Well guys My 94 Ranger is under the knife. I'm right in the middle of swapping in a freshly built 2.3T. Mechanically, it's not a bad job but my body is literally kicking the crap out of me. I'm recovering from broken ribs (MX accident 6 weeks ago) and ligament damage (MX accident last weekend). After being on my feet most of the weekend my left ankle is about the size of a grapefruit! Anybody else playing hurt out there, or am I the only dumbass that says "that jump's not that big. I won't have any problems..."?:black_eye:

Sadly, no. But I will be praying for you buddy!

Got any pics of the carnage?

yeah, with my ATV, the struts blew right then and there, but still ran her for almost a year

I was the one that took all the damge. The bike survived unscathed. I knew I did damage as soon as I landed (really hard). I got off the track and pulled off the boots and both ankles just balooned and turned purple. I hobbled myself to the truck and went straight to emerg. Not my finest performance.

Ouch!!!! Good thing you've got that good Canadian health insurance.

Glad to hear you're okay, "Crash."

"sticks and stones may break my bones but motocross does it quicker"

Sigging that.

I play hurt most days. I just have joint issues that I go to work and deal with most days. Tomorrow I get to do it with paintball bruises too since my buddies hit me in the same shoulder like 5 times in the same spot.

I miss riding but the amount of pain I'm enduring right now is quite a good reminder of the fact that I need to be more careful
