Im new here as well but I received a PM form this dude earlier today. I thought it was weird. Heres what it said.

OP (original poster....the thread starter), I don't remember if TRS has a report PM system or not, but you could simply PM a moderator or admin member the PM you got and it'll get taken care of. If there's a suspicious thread made, simply report it and it'll get taken care of. There tends to be always some form of spammer and/or spambot jumping forums all the time. Only way it gets taken care of is if it's reported to a staffer. Thanks for letting us(the membership) know of the spammer.
 
I got the same exact message. I thought he/she lived locally and just wanted to talk. I thought they chose to talk to me because Im also new.

Without much thought, I tried responding. I guess the good news is that they never enabled the ability to rcieve private messages, so the message I sent was never recieved.

We'll see what happens...
 
I got one from this same asshat a couple days ago. I don't respond to anything I didn't solicite. Typical spammer.
