I have seen the tech library about turning the 60/40 into buckets, but that it only on the 93 and up i believe. my 89 has the 60/40 with no headrest. Was wondering if i could do the same thing as he did in the tech library and if anyone has done it. If anyone has can they send me pics please. Tell me what u guys think...

thanks..

It would probably work out fine the seats are essentially the same. Just do what the guy in the tech library did.

well it didnt turn out as well as i thought... had to much fabric to deal with and no where to tuck it, and looks like shit sense i cant sew. but im goin to the junkyard tomorrow. was wondering of the 40 side of the 60/40 will fit on drivers side??

ya it will when my drivers side seat broke i put in a passenger side seat and it worked fine...look stupid but that because they where different seats lol

bam pics to prove:

hah well your driver seat is the one i need. did u have to change the rails or anything?

i believe i had to...but it was a long time ago

and they are both passenger seats lol

yeah ended up buying a passenger seat for my driver seat at the junkyard. half off! =] got a manual transfer case while i was at it. my normal seats are grey but i had to buy a red one so im puttin camo seat covers on lol
