Well, I just picked up this beauty for 400 bucks on craigslist..Two days later my flywheel has to be replaced. I fix it then two days after that my transmission goes out ..I fix the transmission and then the next week my brakes malfunction and I slam into the back of a Cadillac stx.. So 600 bucks later I am ready to build a heck of a rig! haha..Tomorrow I will be starting off with a bodylift and putting newer ranger seats in. I will also try building a new bumper! Any ideas or inputs?

Well, I put new seats in and put a temporary bumper on and went wheeling a little today... 31" tires are on their way!

31's with a rc lift will look goofy. I moved up to 33s

im partial to the factory front bumper instead of the universal tube bumper you put on. the original one follows the lines and complete the truck way better,no gaps.other wise you got a sweet deal on a nice lookin rig, build the crap out of it!

Yeah I like the factory bumper better too but I slammed into the back of a Cadillac and ruined the heck out of my bumper so I took a bumper from a jeep and lengthened it and threw it on

I will for sure! I have already got a hold of an engine but my only issue is a transmission and transfer case...I plan on building the engine with procomp heads and cam, jegs conversion headers, edelbrock performer intake and carb and a turbocharger set up. I would like to hit 400 hp ...I am also ordering a raptor conversion kit and I would like to be able to match the power of a raptor :D

I've got a set of pro-comp heads I'll sell ya if you haven't gotten a set yet. I bought them still in the plastic from a guy who bought them new. Ran them for maybe 1,000 miles then the crank started nocking. Pulled them off and they've been setting since.

I am going this weekend to pickup a 8.8 explorer axle hopefully. And another guy selling me a 4" suspension lift kit for the front..undecided as to what I am going to do on back suspension but I will definitely be picking up some biltsteen shocks (or however you spell them) I am new to all of the suspension stuff so I am unsure of a lot there. I definitely want those heads rowdy..send me a PM
