I purchased an entire replace bulb set for my 92 ranger.
LEDs seemed to be a good idea, since I wouldn't have to worry about burnouts anytime soon.

But now I'm reading that some trucks require a 6 Ohm, 50 Watt resistors in order for the truck to "see" the bulb installed and to not do "hyper flashing"

Has anyone had experience with this generation ranger 1992?

I hope its just plug and play..

should be able to get an electronic flasher that would replace the stock one and make them flash properly. I know suprbrightleds.com sells them as well as autozone.

If you dont mind me asking.......what did you shell out for the bulbs?
What number as in 1157 and so on.

Reason I want to know is I just recieved a new catalog from a vendor we just picked up and I know what cost is for me.

I don't recall exact numbers.

I spent around $100
but that included new headlight bulbs and new headlamp housings.
plus ALL the interior / exterior led bulbs

But thats considered a good deal I think.

I'm thrifty but needed light.

broke down after 6 years of no interior dome light.
