That is a fantastic picture. Really shows a lot.

So the vertical tubes i have are ok they just need the triangulated bracing? Thats easy enough to add.

any updates? love this build
No.... Looks like it might be a little while before I get a chance to work on it. I've been so caught up with my Chevy Monster truck axles and just got done getting rid of a lot of my RC stuff to get myself an HPI Baja. Had one a while back and miss having it!

I am lovin it. I just wanna know where you get all of the material to build this sorta thing. Mainly the material to build the suspension parts and frame.

Depends on which parts exactly you're looking for? All of the factory parts are from an RC vehicle but most parts are from different ones. The steering parts (knuckles and hubs) are from an HPI MT2. Shocks are from an HPI Savage, Wheels are from an Associated SC8, center diff is from an Ofna hyper, motor mount is from RC-monster, rear axle is from RC4WD.... you get the idea :D

Im mainly referring to the the metal you built the frame with, what you built the trailing arms and beams and radius arms out of. The beams look like plastic, what did you use to cut those? I don't have any rc cars, but I would be more interested if I had an idea where you get this stuff.

What dis you use to make the frame?
I have the 1/6 rc ranger and have pulled the body and just laid it on the ground and tucked some dub city rims under it too look just like my bodied stepsode x-cab ranger.

But I would love to build a frame and suspension but don't know what materials to use.
