Like the title says, i'm trying to figure out how to remove the lock actuator from my door. I have searched a ton but am only finding info for newer rangers. Also is there only one fuse for the locks? Thank you!

It's a pain in the but no mater what year you have.

You need to remove the door panel. Snake your hand down to the lock actuator. The electrical plug will be on the outside of the door. Two wire connector.

When you see/feel where the lock actuator is on the door you will see a rivet that needs to be drilled out to remove it.

Then just remove the rod from the actuator and replace with a new one.
