Going to build a simple leaf spring radius arm buggy with a 44 and 8.8. Copying a lot off my ranger but with a np435 205 and 5.0 with propane.
Got started tacking some pieces together.

My credo
I didn't ask for your life story, just answer the question!
Would those be sliders for your leaf springs., instead of shackles?

Frame is getting longer. I'm taking a guess at some of this so I hope it comes out right.

Yeah kind of taking a chance because I don't know anybody who has them. But they are from Liquid Iron Industries.http://www.liquidironindustries.com/product.php?productid=17611
I love the concept of them. The only problem I see with them on an off-road vehicle is they dont flex. With a shackle, you have 2 bushings to allow the spring to rotate instead of twisting, when the axle articulates. With the semi-rigidness of them, you are forcing the spring to twist a little more.

That being said, I still have plans to make a set for my Ex when I get around to redoing the suspension.

They better work because it's gonna be a bitch to switch to shackles after it's all done.

Made the front adjustable with link mounts from ballistic fab. And those are 60" Dodge 1500 leaf springs. But I put them on backwards 28.25" to the rear and 31.75 to the front.

Haven't been able to work in the garage the last couple of days but did pick up some used tires for the buggy. They are 39.5/13.50-15 bias iroks. Need to sell the wheels if anybody needs some Chevy or Toyota 6 lug 15x10's.

Next to my 37's

The jeep guys around here rant and rave over those sliders, also the company that makes em is not to far from me and I know someone who works there. From the engineering stand point it seems like they would bind and hurt flex, but the JEEP guys say other wise...I usually never believe jeep guys...
