85 Ford Ranger door latch assembly...

I have been searching high and low for both driver/passenger new door latch assembly's for my 85 ranger with manual locks. Do these not exist? Nothing on LMC even.

Close as I can come with research show Dorman 940-400, but it does not state 85 Ranger.

&

Motocraft 8L5Z-1326412-A which is 98-11

Mine are pretty stiff, and "might" be able to be cleaned/greased, but I would prefer whole new latch assembly's

Thanks for anyone who can point me in the right direction .

Had the same problem. Spray some wd40 or something similar in there and it will do wonders. They feel like new.

Mine are full of 33 years of gunk/crud, and I am in the middle of a build. I am soaking them in carb cleaner, seems to be doing the trick and starting to look brand new. Then I will grease them up get new plastic clips.

At least I didn't throw them out or I would be buying over priced used ones on E-bay, saw some going for almost $100 per side, WTF.

Also, the brite-trim that goes around the front windshield is apparently discontinued a while ago as well....

I've seen a few trucks in the yards around here with pretty clean trim. I'm having a hardt one finding arm rests for the doors, they're either gone or worse than what I have.
