Well before I did all the work to it it rode pretty decent. The steering and everything was all over the road but it rode nice. I completely redid the front end and the springs moved out about 2.5 inches on each side so I'm guessing it will change a bit. Haven't done above 20 mph with it since then. I need new spring bushings and new shocks before I can really let you know. New or newer springs would also be good.

What springs did you use? I've got a leaf D60 that I want to put under my ranger. But I'm not sure if I want to go coil or leaf.

These are rear wagoneer springs. They actually work good cause they are long and have a high offset of the center pin. Eventually I want to be on a set of ori struts. Just wanna get the doubler and front arb done before I do more with suspension.

Oh I see, makes sense. I didn't know the pin was offset on them. I assumed they would be close to center.

Yeah it works good for the fronts and keeps the leaf springs from sticking way out the front. Should work really well.

Well a lot has changed for me lately lol.
Put a flat bed on the ranger, working at a career change and I found out Thursday I'm gonna be a daddy!
Glad I've got an extended cab now! Lol

Just finished up wiring in a fuse block for the fuel pumps, tank selector valve, electric fan, etc.
gotta finish the exo cage and find a new set of planetaries for the doubler since it blew the oil out and fried the originals. I replaced them but the splines were too long...
