99 escalade pics inside

figured my other truck would belong here.. long story short... got a great deal on the truck, it had a new tranny put in 6months before i bought it.. but had a nasty miss to it and the entire front suspension was falling apart.. i kid you not one of the a arm bolts had 1 thread left before the nut was off. so i put in all new front suspension minus shocks.. then came that nasty miss come to find out the heads were severly cracked


so i ordered a new crate engine from jegs. figured it would be cheaper and more reliable this way



all dressed ready to go in




it took me 3 days to do everything start to finish..

now im up to the point where i dont like the tan interior and am in the process of turning it black
headliner recovered

dash done

center console done


and the back has been bedlined



so there is where im up to now.. i still have to do the door cards and figure out what i want to do for the seats.. they are in to bad of shape to dye so im trying to find black leather seats.. not an easy task btw.. also just got my carpet delivered and will be installing it soon

thank you, with all the work ive done im still under the cost to buy another one, that includes the purchase price. and i didnt put the rims on it, i dont like big rims but they have grown on me

No problems with coolant or anything in the cyls from the head cracking? Sounds like a good deal to me!

actually put in a new radiator, new water pump, and new hoses just in case
