Its pretty ghetto but it works, at least for now
So I took the back end of an explorer parking brake, cut off my rangers, and just used cable clamps to tie them together.
then I used the explorers mount and cut it in half, and drilled a hole on the other side, then spaced it out with nuts until the passenger side worked. I cut a notch in the bracket I made in order for the cable to slip through, then I pushed the cable through until the clips popped through. Btw I just bolted to the rangers mount on the leaf spring
