You sure you have coilovers in the rear? If you do, you might want to reconsider with all of that bouncing.

First, you've got simply gas shocks in the rear. If you put on coilovers and ditched the conventional, well, switch back (unless it's bagged, in which case you should know what to do anyways). Get some cheap Monroe gas shocks at any auto parts store. They're good for a few years. But, it's your money, buy what you want. Squeaks = truck life.

Second, the dome light could be anything. Did you check the bulb? Is the switch in the "on" position? Is the door latch closing on on the striker well?

The coil overs are simply the gas shocks with the spring over load adjusting I'm lowered a bit and haul my toys so I wanted the extra. Also how is the proper way of pulling the cover off the dome light I destroyed it in my b3000 trying to check them

If the 95 is like the 94 i have now and the 97 i used to have for the dome light there should be a notch of some sort in it i think on the backside. I always used a small screw driver to gently pry it loose. I'm guessing your no dome light issue is probably something to do with the sensor and where it strikes. For some reason the previous owner disabled the driver side on my 94 and had to rig a piece of sheet metal on the other side. Haven't had the desire to look into what his logic was behind it. One other thing you may check is see if your dome lights turn on with the dimmer switch for your headlights. Think the 95's had a roller wheel under the switch. If you have the pull out style switch just turn it all the way to the left and see if they come on. Might help isolate if it's a door switch issue or a more broad issue.

No dome light could also be that the previous owner removed the fuse when the door switch failed... not a good design on the switch.
