Thought I'd share with y'all how I got my manual box to fit my 94 2wd.
Plain and simple, the manual box is a copy of the GM Saginaw 525.
I did all my measuring and thinking and scheming and praying so I ordered a pitman arm from a 78-87 Metric GM (G Body: Monte Carlo, Regal, Cutlass) $45 bucks or so. Check Speedway, they sell all sorts of dirt track rot.
Dropped it on the box, and the angels sang. The power box nut and washer works on the manual box.
I did have to ream the drag link to fit the Ford taper, and I installed it all today. The steering shaft isn't exactly the same but it's driveable. Will be taking it back out to do the rag joint repair, but my shiznit has the manual box and works like a charm.
One caveat: The GM arm is a little longer, but what the hell, it's awesome for quickening the steering up. And it is a little lower, so the tierods/draglink is almost perfectly parallel.
Hope this helps, y'all!
