I have searched some but only got a lot of reading done.I want to replace all the brake line, hard steel brake lines. I'm not sure which one is correct I'm pretty sure the lines are 3/16.I have been looking on ebay for braided lines but they have some odd sizes like -3an? I can get some with banjo bolts on both ends cheap but I think a block to bolt them to, or a adapter would be expensive.I was wondering what everyone else has done? I really dont want to spend a lot but am thinking braided may be easier to use.I tried to make the double crimps before and they didn't work.

Making double flares in NiCopp tubing is pretty easy. You can probably master the technique in about 15 minutes of practice. Make sure the tubing ends are square, not skewed. Same holds for squaring up the little button when pressing it into the tubing. That little detail makes all the difference, for no leaks.

That is a great write up didnt get to read it all or the rust removal write up but will soon. Thanks I may just do that? I think I have a bunch of air in the system. I had a leak and replaced a line to the front from the master cylinder. The master cylinder leaked out and I was bleeding it some but not enough. The pedal is hard then when I start the engine the pedal goes to the floor it will stop you but I would not trust it at any speed other than rolling 2-3 mph. I am going to make a couple of bleeder tubes for the master and try it.I tried to bleed the rear brakes and one of the bleeders is stuck. I may use vice grips and if it works getting it off, sprayed it a couple of times with pb blaster, then just replace the bleeder. I will bet the rear wheel cylinder will have to be replaced.I tried drilling one once and it didnt work out.

Sounds like you need to bleed the master. Process is similar to bleeding at the wheels, but you crack the line open a hair at the master cylinder a few times, then do the wheels.
