Been having issues with brake rotors wearing around bearing races, has become an issue recently with the crappy quality rotors that everyone is pushing lately. Happens wether I torque them to ford spec or by feel. Rotors have a warranty but I don't want to keep replacing them every 6 months to a year. Has anyone run into this issue? How did you remedy it? This is on my 1995 D35 in my 86 running 33 inch tires.

I'd say that's weird, but I just had a 3-month old set of rotors be so warped they couldn't even be turned back out...

Nailed it, I'm a fleet mechanic and chineese rotors are all we can get, in the 10 years I've been doing this stuff I've seen two pairs that werent made there, one was a set of drums that were made in italy, and a set of rotors made in usa... I make it a point to look every time.
