This is my 1994 B3000. Has a few miles on it, but runs good regardless.

Specs: 3L, 5spd, 13-54M, D35/7.5 open w/ 3.73's. Puny 215 70R 15's.

Picture when I first bought it:

Adding Larger Side Mirrors:

I was tired of straining to see out of those tiny side mirrors, especially when towing or hauling a load. So, I decided to fit a set of manual mirrors spec'd for a 2001 Ranger. They were bolt in, and improved visibility considerably.

I think they add a bit of style to the truck too!

There are other added benefits, some I'm sure I haven't discovered yet.

It's not as patriotic anymore. The RA's are black.....

I had to repaint them with what I had. The lower shock mounts kept coming loose. I tried all combinations of lock washers, lock nuts, and lock-tite. So I decided to just weld the @#$%ers. Sloppy farmer welds.....I even welded it on a farm next to a tractor......:icon_welder:

It'll become even cooler.....

Tool BOX!

Me living in APT (lack of room) and having to go back and forth to school ( going for associates in Auto tech) with most of my tools, left me with a need for either a tool box or topper. Not really wanting a topper, I picked up on this box for a $100. It was less then 6mo. old. Works nicely.

Edelbrock IAS shocks? Oh yeah!

I think they may have discontinued these, but they are worth running. I love em. Great ride and look well built. :icon_thumby:

Ran into problems today. Realized both the outer TRE's are shot.

When I pealed back the boots both were packed with rust. Ouch. :icon_surprised: One wiggled and flopped around. The other was froze.

I just installed these this summer and HAVE kept them grease except for recently when the weather has been crap. Anyway, I went ahead and ordered a set of MooG TRE's and will hopefully have time to install them this weekend after I help my dad move a guy from Decatur to St. Louis. Seeing as I have an alignment appointment Monday!

It did come with a 1354M, but I swapped in a junkyard 13-54 while I had it apart this past summer. I did this because it was clean....very clean. Like I spent an hour with a power washers, degreaser, and various brushes clean.....

But, I fear it has a bad bearing or bent output shaft. We'll see, I do have a spare 13-54E that I hope parts will swap over easily.

Picked this up for $100 not to long ago. Being swapped in while the truck is down. I'm happy......:icon_bounceblue:

Tires, wheels, tires, & wheels!

you ever gonna settle on a set of axles? lol
You know me......hehe. But the 4.10's are going in and staying. I'll get to selling that 8.8 for ya, hopefully soon.

About time man!
Takes time......I just happen to get a little boost recently in the $$$ department.

Excited about these! Picked them up tonight. Firestone destination AT's. 31x10.5's on 15" Cragar D windows. :icon_thumby:

The kicker.....walked out the door only paying $550. That everything....warranty, mount, balance, valve stems, etc. As a comparison, another local tire dealer quoted me $680 for the exact same thing.......I think I made out like a bandit.

Another great thing is I'll be selling the 235's to my dad for his car trailer this weekend, so that'll be like cash back rebate.....lol.
