anti freeze in cab not heater core

I have a 2000 ford ranger witha 97 2.3l in it 2wd 5speed. I have antifreeze leaking into the cab from vacum lines that seem to fun from the bottom of the heater core to the teprature switch under the radio. How is this possible and how do I fix it. I've asked every mchanic I know and can't figure it out. Thanks in advance. P.s. sorry if thus is in the wrong spot I'm new to discussion forums.

There are no lines or hose with coolant in them inside the cab.
The heater core is all metal, on the engine side of the firewall are two rubber coolant hoses connected to the core, check these for leaks, if a clamp is loose coolant can spray out and end up inside the cab, running down the firewall and ending up............??

If you have removed a vacuum line and found coolant then the only place it could be coming from is a vacuum line in the engine compartment.
And only vacuum line that could get coolant in it would be the Heat control vacuum line.
Find the heater hoses at the firewall follow them towards the engine, you will find either a heat control valve with 2 hoses attached and a vacuum line, check that line for coolant.
OR you will find a By-Pass Valve, 4 hoses and a vacuum line, check that vacuum line.

If the heat control diaphragm is leaking then that coolant could be sucked into the vacuum line and end up inside the cab.
Pressure in the cooling system when warn could also force coolant into that line.

If this is the case then all the lines will need to be cleaned out, drained.

Um, heater core is in the cab. Always. Evap core was out in the engine bay for most of the production run.

If you are loosing coolant in the cab the heater core almost has to be the issue.

its definetly not the heater core I just replace it two weeks ago it is coming from two tiny hoses that run from the fire wall underneath the heater box on passenger side directly above the fuel emergency cut of switch I followed it back to a round thing below the ac it looks like a ball and was full of antifreeze

Ding, ding, ding. Vacuum for the heat control diaphragm is supplied by the heat controller inside the cab. A leak will suck coolant into that system and then back to the engine and out the exhaust. My guess is you also have a small vacuum leak under the dash and when you shut down the cooling system pressure pushes coolant out of that leak and onto the floor.
