I have a 1994 ford ranger xlt super cab 2.3 liter manual and it will randomly lose power. The gauges on the dashboard will even dim. The truck will shake and the rpms get real low but rarely stalls out the truck will run great and then bam it sounds like a lawnmower or some shit i need help fast its my daily driver

I have replaced egr ignition coils fuel filter timing belt and dfpe sensor

Ps the engine light isnt on immediately when i turn on the truck i wait a few seconds and then it turns on but will run great sometimes not its random

Lights will dim if RPMs fall below 600, that would be normal, but if lights dim at higher RPMs and engine starts to cut out then your problem would be main electrical system.

'94 2.3l will have an ICM(ignition control module), these do cause issue when they start to fail or wires get loose or cracked.

Google: Ford 2.3l ICM test

catch it when you start to have the problem and check fuel pressure, could be that pump is getting hot and can't keep pressure up.. (it would mean that it has a bad fuel pump) if pump is replaced stay away from airtex fuel pump they are junk.

Nah they dont dim at higher rpms just when the power cuts out everyone is either saying fuel injector or fuel pump
