So I lifted my ranger with coil spacers and have come accros some major camber issues. Passenger side at 4.4 positive camber and driver at 3.3 positive camber. I’ve been looking for camber/ caster kits to remedy the issue but it seems that there are only up to +\-3 camber bushings made for the 87 ranger. Does anyone know some alternative solutions for getting the vehicle closest to no camber?

My credo
In theory, theory and practice are the same. In practice, they are different.
2" is a lot of space in my opinion. I'm not sure that you will find more than 3 or 3.25 degrees of adjustable cam. There are some very good articles in the tech articles section of this site that can help you understand the unique quirks of the twin I beam or TTB front suspension setup if you are not already familiar with it. As for gaining more adjustment, the other correction methods I know of are a bit more work. One would be to move the axle pivot brackets down to match the spacers you installed. This would be done either by installing different brackets or by installing spacer brackets that lower your OEM brackets. The other method would be to cut the outer end of the axle beams, correct the angle and weld back together at the proper angle. I would consider that to be a project for someone with advanced fabrication skills. Maybe you are that person. Personally, I'm not comfortable with that yet.
