Ok so I have been posting some stuff in another thread, but I decided to make its own thread. I have done a lot in the past couple weeks so I figured I'd get you all caught up on what I have done. This is going to be an ongoing thread as I add stuff.

Other thread: http://therangerstation.com/forums/showthread.php?t=85708

Lets start with a little history. Its an 04 Focus ZX3. Purchased in June 08.

When I first got it.

After a few months and a couple mods. Rims, cold air intake, strut tower bar, stiffer tranny mount, and blue interior lights.

Then a drop and tinted tail (which have been removed) and a catback.

And then.............

Here is the most recent updates.

Got some new rims from John (railman).

And here is what I am currently working on. Going to try to push 15 psi now. In order to do this I got new 42# injectors, an IAT from a Lightning for more accurate intake temps, 5.7" crank pulley, and what was supposed to be a 2.3" supercharger pulley.

Since I am going to be pushing the sc pretty hard, I decided to change the oil in it.

Now as of right now I have the larger crank pulley on and pushing about 12 psi. The sc pulley ended up being the wrong size, so I am working on getting something worked out on that. I went to the u-pull and bought a core alt from them for $7. The pulley on it is the exact size I need. Now I am going to take it to work and have the keyway machined.

Like I said I will keep adding to this as things happen. I am not in any hurry. I have basically installed things as they come available. I still have stage 1 cams, forged internals, and an aluminum flywheel that have yet to be installed.

Comments always welcome.

Hello

I like that car. I would drive that since it looks stock for the most part.

Once I get the new stuff installed, I'll be pushing about 15 psi. Have to get it re-tuned then I'll hit the dyno. Probably not going to be pushing more than 13 psi until I get my forged rods and pistons installed. I have no idea what I'll be pushing then. Pretty sure I am at 190-210hp right now though.

Still working on getting the pulley machined at work. They have been too busy to work on my stuff lol. I did pick these up today for a killer price. Should sit me 0.75" to 1" lower than my Eibachs.

Few updates. Installed the springs, but they are not settled in yet. Bought another set of rims and tires for $100, then sold the rims for $75.

Never got any further with the alternator pulley. But I did find me a crank pulley at the junkyard, so I am gonna go that way instead of a smaller sc pulley.

stock and larger one

Took off the lip that was preventing me from installing and painted it black.

Haven't been on in a while. Here is a few updates. Crank pulley and 42# injectors installed and its been re-tuned. Now its real fun to drive. I hit 7psi @ 3000rpms!

Also today I installed a ZX2 intake cam on both the intake and exhaust side. The ZX2 intake cam is comparable to a stage 1 cam when installed in the Focus. I couldn't install the exhaust cam because it has VCT and the cam journal is larger and doesn't fit the Focus head. So thats why I installed 2 intake cams.

And here is a few SVT goodies:

Heated leather SVT seats, SVT rear bumper, SVT spoiler, SVT airbox

And coming soon...........coil on plug conversion
