The connector at the top of the tank can be problematic (clean up its contacts and apply dielectric grease).
The ground for the fuel pump, G103 (black wire) is on the Driver's inner front fender, just 3-4" aft of the solenoid - clean it up.
The fuel pump relay should be replaced. It is located in the fusebox in the engine bay, on the fender side, middle relay, outboard.

The Inertia switch is under the carpet where the passenger's toes rest. Take off its connector and jumper the two (or 3) connector contacts all together. Tape it up (while jumpered) to keep it secure and protected from shorts to ground and drive it like that for a few days. No harm will come from that, except the fuel pump will not shut off if you crash/impact. The inertia switch can be problematic. They are common to find in all Fords. I like to get them from the Junk Yard out of Sedans, since theirs are in the trunk and less crud-prone.
I replaced a pump in a 93 once, then sold (flipped for $) the truck. Its new owner had to replace that pump again because the short fuel line on the pump was NOT FUEL COMPATIBLE. That line came with the new pump.
