On my 2004 Ford Ranger Edge series, can the PCV fall into the engine block? If it can any way to dig it out? Also, I noticed the problem the moment when I took of my air intake to try and swap out the o-rings on fuel injector on cylinder 6. When I put it all back together, I tried to start the engine and it revved up then plummeted and died. What did I do wrong? Thanks! :)

What engine, 2004 Ranger had two V6 models, 3.0l and 4.0l?

No, PCV valve can't fall into engine.

Turn key on and count to 3, turn key off
Repeat two more times
That will re-pressurize the fuel system
Now try to start

If still no luck then you may have left off a larger vacuum line, i.e. PCV hoses, make sure oil filler cap is snug
