Hello,
I haven't been on a ranger forum for a while so I thought I'd say hello again with my latest project. I had a 5.0 Ranger for about two years as a daily driver. Now I wanted something a little more unique. I found an SVT Cobra M112 Supercharger and set out to build it so it would fit under the stock hood. Keep in mind this is a splash street truck so no body lifts allowed. I built the "upper" intake myself from rectangle aluminum tubing and 3/16 aluminum plate. I thought I was going to have to trim the hood insulation to make it fit but in the end it just fit with no modification to the hood at all. I have many more pics of the project in progress but here is the end result.
Thanks.
