differential identification help

I have a 2008 Mazda B2300 with a 5 speed manual and would like to get the right lube for a differential service. I have done some web searches and am not finding what I need. The ID tag on the diff cover reads as follows:
V326A
73 75 7M17

I am trying to find out if I have a "Traction-Lok" diff as the book calls for different oil if it does. Thanks in advance for any help given in getting this figured out.

On the back edge of driver's door

Find AXLE code
If its a Letter and number then its Trac-lok(L/S) if two numbers then it is OPEN

But you can use oil with friction modifier in either, you just MUST use it in trac-lok models

L/S = Limited Slip, the common generic term used for Ford's Trac-lok, or GM's Posi-traction

Are you sure the fourth digit on the bottom is a 5 and not a 3. That is where Ford puts the gear ratio. I have never heard of a 3.75 in a Ranger but 3.73 is pretty common. If it were limited slip there would be an "L" between the first 3 and 7.

Actually it looks to me like he is missing the first 3. Also, Ford won't use 3.75 gears. They never use gear ratios where the second number divides evenly by the first number. Doing so makes the same teeth have regular contact and sets up wear patterns that cause gear whine much earlier in the gear's life.

It looks to me like this is an open 7.5 rear.

Number in front of 73 gets covered by bolt half the time so it would be the 3.73 gear, 7.5 open axle.
