Dana 35 axle seals

Hello I finally got the third member removed now I need to replace the axle seals. How do I go about it . Is there a write up somewhere. thank you

Ok I got the driver side out but I'm stumped on the passenger side. Do I need to remove the carrier and drive it in? Thank you

Check the techpages here on the site but I believe you have to pull the c-clip to remove the right side axle

Thank you bro removed the clip and shaft . I just not sure if I have to pull the carrier to get that side seal out

Sis, but it's ok, :). No I don't think you have to pull the carrier to get the c-clip out, I don't know I've never actually worked on one I just read a lot

He was asking about the seals. Sounds like he got the c-clip. Might be able to get the seals from the outside with a puller. I'm not sure.

I'm pretty sure I read that the seals are pushed from inside. (this is why we did not do them when we did the front end of my truck)

That is by far the easiest way. But may not be the only way.
