Dumb exhaust question

Any pros or cons over using these



Over using tri-ys? Other than the obvious that these are a direct bolt in fit and the tri-ys would have to be modified.

Although I don't see provisions for Egr on these
I am not too familiar with all the variations of the small block engines, but the 5.0s that I do know don't have an EGR tube running from the exhaust, there is a passage running up from the middle of each head back through the intake manifold and then the valve's port is like an IAC port.
