Well i bought thesse 9007 HEADLIGHT XENON LIGHT BULBs from ebay and i recieved them today. Easy as hell to install and they are super bright. I love them. I waited for it to get dark and went down to some of my buddies hang out as i noticed when i was on my way there my head lights were flickering on and off so i started to mess with the headlight turn on knob. It wouldnt stop flickering at all! So i was on my way home and they were like strobe lights and one car throught i was a cop and pulled to the side of the road lol but i dunno whats wrong with them!?!?! this didnt happen with my OEM lights!?!?! Do they suck to much power for the module or is it my light turn on knob?!?!?!? Please help!

THANKs
BTW i have a 1993 ford ranger STX 4.0 V6:icon_twisted:

its got to either be the filaments in the bulbs, the sockets that plug on the back of the bulb, or a broken wire somewhere. those look to be stock 9007 replacements, only in a xenon blue, so they shouldnt flicker like an HID when the balasts are warming up. i would wait until it gets dark again and try to wiggle the wires going to the bulbs and see if you can get them to stop flickering, if you cant then put the old bulbs back in and see if the problem is still there.

im not sure what youre asking exactly, they shouldnt flicker at all, so you need to find out if its a wire that is shorting or if its a problem with the new bulbs themselves. have you put the old bulbs back in to see if the flickering problem still exists?

i just went out and saw if any wires are loose, i shook all of them , didnt do anything. they wasnt even flickering at all anymore, i took a drive on a bumpy road to see if they did anything. and nothing.?? i dont know ill just have to keeep them on and let them heat up and see if that does anything

thank guys once again

u think it could bee the bulbs ????

my guess would be wiring or a connection. that sort of thing. as for flickering at the same time. they both have the same problem(ie not plugged in all the way) and any sort of vibrations in the truck cause an open circuit short. that would be my guess.
