I recently took my entire dash out of My 1990 . planning on putting a aluminum dash with after market gauges . I wrapped up the original harnesses for the stock dash, and have tucked everything I wont be using, away. I have a 2.3 , carbed, durafire II ingition, after installing new oil pressure , water temp , and voltmeter gauges, my alternator isnt working. Iam curious and wanna know if i have to use the Lt green/red wire from the stock voltmeter in.order for the alternator to work... or if i have to use the orginal voltage amplifier that in the original gauger cluster,,. Any ideas will be greatly appreciated.:icon_hornsup:
