HI I own a 1988 ford ranger 2.9l v6 4x4 5 speed manual transmission and I go and start my truck up and it will run good and all day but when I turn it off n try to start it. It won't start and ik it has 2 fuel pumps when it does start I can hear the pump kick on but when I turn the truck off after it's been running I don't hear the pump's kick in and I have to wait 2 days before I can start the truck up I want to know what can cause this pump.
