Did you search this site? There are quite a few creative guys that made their own and there's a good chance you might actually live near one...or get plans and find a local welding shop that can make one for you...

I'm not so sure that you will find a custom bumper/bush guard available for that year and things changed quite a bit after 93 as far as bumpers go. I currently have a 96 frame and a 92 front bumper (same as the 90, essentially) that I'm trying to match without much initial success...but, then again, I've been busy with other projects so not really too concerned...

Just with a quick google I came up with this image...and this is a moded basic bush guard...

I like this one because it wraps around the headlights and also provides basic protection for the edge of the hood...and if you took that section off you'd find the remainder as what Ford used on many models of vehicles...or aftermarket...as they are on every police car in Ontario Canada...

The 98 might work but you have to keep in mind that they go over the existing bumper and need to be contoured for that aside from bolting to it somehow...so this can be a bit rough and may need a bit of work with a grinder or plasma cutter to smooth things out...

Like I mentioned earlier, there are tons of ideas on this site if you search for it...and the page I brought up in my search had quite a few different modified and custom fitting bumpers...

I guess the big question is how much are you going to pay for this or, more subtly, what is your budget for this project?

Budgets always get me feeling a bit constrained and most likely fall short of what I really want...so the more you have to throw at it the more likely you will find something much cheaper if you wait it out and keep your eyes and ears open.

You're welcome...and I forgot to mention, if it applies to you, that I've seen perfectly good bumpers and push bars in junk yards that I would have taken in a flash if I could match them to my bumper...but most were older style (probably why they were still there) and much bigger.

The later model bumpers were actually heavier than the one you have. I took that 96 bumper and had to shave about 100 lbs off it before I mounted it because my old 4 banger was already tired...pushing more weight around was not going to prolong the life of it...
