Ok well couple years ago I purchased a set of KC 57 series long ranges and a set of 57 flood beam's Both came with glass lenses so I know they can handle 100w lights as the long ranges came with them. My question is that i plan to ugrade my new lights 4x 57 series all season lights with lexan fog and driving lenses which all came with 55w lights.

Can the lexan lenses handle the extra heat from the 100w?
and where can I get good H3 100w bulbs and a couple 130w bulbs cheap?

Well I'm expecting around 10 bucks a bulb or something... just not the 20 dollars or whatever KC charges for theirs... I know they aren't 2 buck bulbs. But Whats a good bulb? Like i believe phillips has pretty good bulbs.

So you think they can handle 100w? or not? I just don't wanna melt em.

100w might be pushing it. Lexan is a polycarbonate which starts to melt around 500°F so chances are you shouldn't have a problem.

Alright Well hopefully not cause I leave em on probably a good couple hours when I make trips up to Anchorage. Maybe the cold air will counter act them getting too hot.
