Where is the Blinker relay? How would I get to it? I'm not too car smart so any step-by-step I can get would be awesome.

My hazards and blinkers are not working, so I'm assuming that I need a new one.

thanks!

Like how are they not working? does the dash turn lights just both light up? or if you go outside the truck do they not work? It could just be a bulb or it could be the relay. I wanna say bulb just cause don't see relays going out too much.

All my bulbs are good. =]

When I turn either blinker on, nothing happens, at all. Same story when I turn my flashers on, just nothing.

It is in the auxiliary relay box inside, below the steering column. There will be 2 big relays, and 4 smaller ones. It is the first large one (farthest from the small relays).

Nope.

You can swap it for the other big relay right next to it to test and see if that is the problem tho. If everything works when you swap it, get yourself a new relay.

There is also a fuse to protect the relay and wiring. The fuse would pop and not do any damage to the relay and wiring. If I remember from another post of his, he has already checked the fuses and they are fine.

Okay cool.

Oh, btw, the Fuses in the truck, hazard fuse, and the turning signals fuse, both good and getting power.

AHHH! NOOO!

Would I get in by doing this?....

OH, if my brakes are on, if I move the switch a little down, or up, like I would turn them on, I can get it to flash for like half a second, but only when my brakes are on, and for a split second.

Its under the dash, below the steering column.

You might be having an issue with the multi function switch as well if you are able to get them to blink that way.

Any other issues with that? wiper/washer problems?

Nope. Nothing, wipers, washers, brights, urr thing.

And they don't blink when I do that, they stay lit up.

It's SUPER tricky to do that, has to be in that tiny window of room, and only works with the brakes on. Still nothing with the hazards.
