Hi, new user long time lurker...

I just rebuilt the top end of my engine new head, new gaskets etc..
I'm pretty much done putting it back together , but i'm left with one nipple on the back of the upper intake manifold(see Picture), with no other ends I can find to connect to. If I leave it unplugged, truck starts idles really rough then dies, If I plug it everything seems to run just fine, i dont remember removing a hose or a cap on that thing, maybe my helper did, but didnt remember.

The truck drives totally fine with it plugged, but now im getting a check engine with codes P0133 02 sensor slow response and P0401(po) exhaust gas recirculation insufficient.

So far it doesnt affect drivability at all, I cleared the codes and see if they come back.

Anybody as a clue , let me know, Im obviously a hack!
