It will fit. I made an F150 bar fit my 91 by bending in the arms a bit. Where did you find a one inch bar, I looked for a couple years.

Thanks!
At least I tried. Have you tried looking into on the forums for that?

Found a rear bar for $50. Junk yard pulling it for me, supposedly they checked under the bushings and it's solid. Probably not going to be able to get it until Saturday.

Taking springs and spindles/knuckles to get sand blasted and powder-coated this week, or Saturday.

Time to get back to work on this ****ing POS

Sandblasting done. They are at the powder coat shop right now. Guy quoted me 3 weeks, but I convinced him to get it done by next week

My credo
Built not bought
Well I have to say I've seen many threads and never really take time like I did today to go through all yours . Nice job so far brotha . Our suspension build is pretty my how I started out with mine after the wreck . Had the 8.8 single wheel of death with the same kit lol But now have a 96 expo 3.73 posi which is a flip kit bolt in the route I went . No welding . Keep it coming brotha . Subscribed and come check out my thread when you got time

Haha thanks

Not much holding me back now, a fuel filler neck and the emergency brake cables and just putting everything back together. My own laziness is the main issue haha

So did a couple things, grind and paint. Installed rear shocks....BUT..

I had to have gf jump on rear bumper to compress the leafs enough I could slip the shocks on the mounts.... now there's like hardly ANY give to the suspension AT ALL....even when I jump hard on the bumper...
My lowering kit is a 3-4" drop, (axle flip kit) and the shocks are for a 3-4" drop...the bed doesn't weigh too much, it sorta seems like something is not right.
Anybody that knows better than me care to chime in??

The hangers were flipped upside down when I started, so I flipped them back to factory. The axle flip kit is a 3-4".....it's a C clip to mount the axle above the springs, I think that's about 5" drop alone, and the shackles, which is supposed to make it a 3 or 4 inch drop...

Help me please! Lol it doesn't seem right when I stand on the bumper and bounce

Can't see anything wrong with it from what I know...nice work though.

Did you remove the jack stands from under the truck before jumping on it? (lol...I've done something like that myself)...
