LOL probably going to work on it today. I had to play catch up this week cause of all the work I did on the house the week before. Got the handrail up that you tore out for me. Thanks for your help!Finish the exo yet?
If you get the chance could you measure that rear shaft length flange to flange?... And found a 2nd gen Explorer 4.0 4x4 shaft for the rear.
.
I wanna say it was 48-49" when bolted in. When it stops raining I will check. The buyer had to back out of buying Double R. Needless to say I wasn't sad. LOLIf you get the chance could you measure that rear shaft length flange to flange?
center them directly over the axle tubeIk it's been awhile since uve done it but how far up did u move the coil spring perches on the Dana 30 Im also doin the swap just wondering if moving the perches would make any difference or to get the axle centered better.
Did the same to mine, made it so much better.center them directly over the axle tube
Ok thanks, Ive got several shafts ranging in the low 40"s to 56", Id like to use one but if I have to modify them, so be it. Glad you are keeping RR.Yep the drive shaft is 49" it will collapse to 47". It is a fun truck.
