Hadn't made it to the shop in a while. Went yesterday, finished my transmission xmember. I ended up cutting out the center section and flipping it so it'd set the transmission higher where it needed to be. Also cut, drilled and welded new permanent trac bar tabs to the frame.

How's it goin? Just saw the post about your track bar. I recommend plating the frame prior to welding the bracket on and building the bracket out of .25" plate. I welded mine straight to the frame and ripped it off the first time I went out. I've got a couple pictures of how I did mine if you're interested.

With mine I won't weld to the frame, I'll just add tabs to my current mount that that has served me good to this point but will go over the welds since a few have porosity.

Ya I made the mistake the first time. That was the onlything I had welded to my frame at that point. Now mine is bolted on with 6, grade 8, 9/16 bolts.

Nice, unfortunately they've already been welded in. After hearing that I may run a couple more beads over with the 220v mig. Maybe add some sort of brace for them

Yep! Don't need any of that breaking loose. Thanks for the suggestions though!

I'm about to start moving this month, I'm not sure if I'll have any time to make it by there in the next few weeks. But if I find the chance to mess with it I'll definitely go.
I played around with the tires alittle, and a buddy grooved them for me.

I'm going to be working on my truck in the next few weeks to get it ready for wheeling at the end of this month.

Currently in the process of moving so my hands have been tied. That and having to fix my IDI...
Here's an aerial of my new place since I'm on the subject

Very nice! I am looking to sell my house in the country to move closer to the city.... That's where the money is in my wifes and I's line of work. I will miss it.

Yes I'm quite excited to get away from the city and more importantly my f-ed up family! Haha the f250 had some hack job wiring from the PO and my multifunction switch was going out. I lost turn signals and brakes intermittently work (switch) and before I traced everything I would randomly lose ALL working lights including headlights and my stereo power. She's all better now but I can see a new headlight switch connector and a new fuse box in my near future. Both are melted some and they look pretty rough.
